Do you wake up in the morning feeling like a prisoner to a sick, overweight, and aching body?  Is it difficult simply to get out of bed in the morning?  If you answered yes to either of these questions then you are not living your life to its fullest potential.  Only when the body is healthy and functioning as it was intended can we live a truly harmonious life with ourselves and the world around us.

What if you were given the opportunity to go on a vacation to an exotic location that you have always dreamed about.  Here are two possible scenarios:

Scenario A:   you are fit, within your ideal weight, energetic, clear thinking, and confident that you can overcome whatever the day holds.  Perhaps you enjoy swimming in the ocean, climbing a large rock, or swinging from a tree!  Perhaps your destination is cooler and you enjoy hitting the slopes, or hiking through pristine wilderness.  Whatever the days activities you can participate without fear.  You know that your body is solid and strong.  You have the confidence to take on the world, and enjoy all the fruits of the land.

Scenario B:   you are overweight, toxic, foggy in the brain, lethargic, critical of yourself, and have diminished confidence in your abilities both physically and mentally.  You were so happy  to visit this beautiful location only to find that you havent the energy to enjoy much of the sites, let alone the confidence to display your body publically in a bathing suit.  Instead of rushing off to enjoy the wonders of this beautiful destination you spend most of your time in the hotel, or at a restaurant eating.  Instead of enjoying the fruit of the land you enjoy the sugar processed fruits atop a large slice of pie.

The science behind these two opposites is very simple and clear.  A body in motion stays that way, a body out of motion stays that way too.  Most of the time we do what we know and what we are comfortable with.  So if you practice being active you will be active, if you practice being sedentary you will be sedentary.  If you practice eating nutritious foods you will be drawn to those types of foods.  If you practice eating junk foods, you will be drawn to junk foods.  This is one of the reasons why when our bodies get out of balance it is so hard to get back on the wagon; because there is no momentum from which to work.

The good news is that scenario A can be your life, for the rest of your life!  It is possible to make changes, some may be small and others may be drastic.  The hardest part is the fist few steps, finding the motivation to make the change and then implementing the plan.  And, no, there is no age limit on this program!   You are never too old, or too young to make changes to better your experience in this life.  Think about your life’s mission being to live to your fullest potential every single day.

If you are ready to feel better, look younger, and live vibrantly then lifepsring can and will be your biggest ally.  We will determine your wellness goals and then implement a solid plan to make those goals a reality.  No more going at this alone, you will have support from a program that works and professionals who know how to help you realize your fullest life’s potential.
